I'm Don Parham and I understand that choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me.  Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing.  One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work.  Ultimately a thorough inspection depends entirely on the individual inspector's own effort.  If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.

As a full-time home inspector I am available days, evenings and weekends.  When buying a house time is of the essence and I will do my best to help you meet your inspection deadlines.  I am also available to do partial inspections if you are considering a remodel.  When selling a house it may benefit you to have your home inspected prior to listing it so you aren't caught by surprise if you have any major repairs that are necessary.  If you are not selling your home but have been in it for many years, you may consider having it inspected so you can keep it maintained properly.  I offer all of the above inspection services and would be happy to give you a price quote if you are interested in any of the inspections.
